Where do we ship to?
Currently we ship only within UK.

Order Cut Off Time
If you place your order by 14:00, we will begin processing it the same day.

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process. 

Once you place your order, we need 0-1 business days to process it. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. 

Shipping costs
Flat Shipping Fee £9.99 GBP for all orders.

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order. They will give the order cancellation confirmation.

Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number. 

Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you successfully receive your package, but it was damaged or the wrong items were delivered? No problem! Please take photos of the problem, include a brief explanation of what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
